Mateusz Paja is a designer and visual storyteller working across graphics, textiles and surfaces. His work blends cultural insight with strong visual language, creating design systems that move between fashion, art and material research.
With over 15 years of international experience, Mateusz has developed iconic print narratives and concept-driven graphics for brands including Vlisco, Esprit and Umbro. His designs are shaped by an interest in cultural codes, rhythm, and the relationship between pattern, body and space. They have been featured in exhibitions at the Victoria & Albert Museum, Musée de l'Homme, Fondation Zinsou, and most recently at the FENIX Museum in Rotterdam, as part of artworks incorporating his textile designs.
Educated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków and the Royal Academy in Antwerp, Mateusz works from Amsterdam with clients across fashion, interiors and culture, translating research and aesthetics into visual identity, print innovation and brand storytelling.
